I remember getting my first MAC lip gloss back when I started high school and just thinking I was SO stylish because apart from ultra designer makeup (i.e. Chanel), MAC was trendy and cool. MAC was cool, so I was cool. Little did I know that's not quite how the world works...
With my last first full day of law school under my belt, I wanted to share some of my favorites that help me get through what can be a dreary few months. From calendars to coloring books to calisthenics (heh, see what I did there?) I got you covered!
If you're anything like me, the abundance of knickknacks and unnecessary (albeit cute) small goods at the front of stores can be a death trap for your wallet. Sure, all those Target goodies might be $1 or $3, but picking up even two or three of those items (think getting a few of these CUTE birthday plates they recently had) can already add up to almost $10!
Welcome to February!
So, a few weeks ago I discovered a website where bloggers can submit their blogs for various assignments to rate and review products. I was lucky enough to be selected by a wonderful woman, Lori, to sample and review her Salt Caramel Syrup. I love breakfast foods, I love syrup, and I love anything sea salt caramel- so I certainly crossed my fingers for this opportunity. I know some people may be wondering how good flavored syrup could be, so let me tell you it is delicious. Lori sent me a bottle for review purposes, which I used on pancakes by itself, and then in a Soft Maple Sugar Cookie recipe to test how well it works in baking.
As promised, here's the recipe for the delicious sesame chicken I made tonight! Wegmans is my local grocery store, so I'm going to add comments to the recipe for those of you in other areas! This was so easy and quick to make, and my family loved it! How beautiful does this look?!
